Sipe Center has a few opportunities open for private rentals. Private parties are now allowed to have up to 50 guests. Celebrate your next special event and bring a movie or play video games on the big screen! Sipe Center is also an ideal place to hold corporate trainings. The theater provides a great place for folks to spread out while watching a training presentation on our large projector screen, or have a special family movie night. The fee for private events is $250 for 3 hours.
Sipe Center also has an opening for a regular long term rental on weeknight evenings or Sunday mornings. This is ideal for a worship group to regularly meet, or a performing arts group to have regular rehearsal space. Sipe Center has 154 seats, large screens available for projection, state of the art sound system, as well as a large lobby area and two smaller rooms available in the back. Renters must follow all social distancing guidelines set forth by the Governor of Virginia and the Department of Health.
