Join us for our last Pilates with Chrissy session of the summer tomorrow, August 1, from 7:00-7:45 p.m. at Wildwood Park’s Downrush Vista. Pilates can help improve core and back strength while enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Most exercises are performed on a soft mat and include movements to strengthen the spine and hips. This fitness series is free and open to Bridgewater residents only. Please bring your own fitness mat.
