Excitement about the Sipe Center is buzzing around town! Here is what you need to know about purchasing tickets.
- Tickets will go on sale for most performances on March 1st. James LeBlanc and the Winchesters tickets will go on sale April 3rd. Look for The Steel Wheels tickets to be available this summer.
- Tickets can be purchased over the phone with a credit or debit card Monday through Friday, from 9-5, by calling the box office at 540-908-4208.
- The Box Office will be available for in person sales on Saturday mornings from 9-1, beginning March 1. This is particularly for folks who need to pay with cash or check. Phone sales are encouraged.
- Due to limited capacity and the need for social distancing, ticket sales will not be available online. Tickets can be purchased over the phone or in person at the box office.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a performance is cancelled due to Covid-19.
- Thundertix, our ticketing sales system, will automatically follow all social distancing protocols set forth by the governor.
- Tickets sales are currently limited to 30% of Sipe Center’s total capacity. As social distancing regulations loosen, we will release more tickets for sale. What does that mean? We can only sell 46 tickets to each performance right now, but when we are allowed to sell more, we will! If you miss getting tickets to a performance you really want to see, check back later as we open up more tickets for purchase. Sipecenter.com will have the most up to date information, or you can call the Box Office at 540-908-4208.
- Discounts: this year, we are offering a “pick any” discount. If you purchase tickets to 5 or more live performances, you will receive a 10% discount! The tickets have to be purchased at the same time, and must be for 5 different events. This discount will be available all season, so if you don’t make the first 30% of tickets sold, you can still take advantage of this discount as more tickets become available.
