Lawn Party: How You Can Help

You have probably noticed all the activity on the lawn party grounds near Harrison Park. The Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department will launch their 82nd(!) Lawn Party this Wednesday, July 14th. Check our July 9th post for the full schedule. Come on out to enjoy good food, fun, and music!

For those of you interested in assisting with this event

· The Bridgewater Fire Company needs donations to help make this years’ cake wheel a success. They are accepting individually wrapped cakes (saran wrapped or plastic containers) or cupcakes in sets of six or more. Please do not bring pies. Cakes can be dropped off at the firehouse during the day, Tuesday through Saturday. Follow the signs posted on the doors that will direct you to the cake drop off area.

· You can also help by becoming a fundraising member. This would give you the opportunity to help with various fundraising activities, such as the annual lawn party, open house, and other events that are held periodically. Send an email to for more information.
