November at Sipe Center

The Steel Wheels kick off this month of live performances with a sold out show on Friday, November 5th.

The National Players are coming to Sipe Center! The Helen Hayes award winning theatre will present two classic plays: Lorraine Hansberry’s A Raisin in the Sun and William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Tickets are just $20 to see these critically acclaimed productions: A Raisin in the Sun on November 12 and A Midsummer Night’s Dream on November 13. In William Shakespeare’s most-loved comedy and in Lorrainne Hansberry’s paradigm-shifting family drama, people sacrifice all they have to pursue their dreams while powers in control attempt to stop them. Both A Midsummer Night’s Dream and A Raisin in the Sun celebrate family, speak to the modern moment, and help us better understand ourselves and our neighbor.

Ballet Magnificat, the world’s first professional Christian ballet company, will present “A Christmas Carol” on November 27 and 28. Inspired by Charles Dickens’ classic tale, Ballet Magnificat brings Ebenezer Scrooge’s life-changing journey to stage. Tickets are $32. What a wonderful way to start off the holiday season!

Tickets are always available online by clicking here, over the phone by calling (540) 908-4208 or in person during box office hours (Thursday-Sunday, 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.)

Venom: Let There Be Carnage, No Time to Die, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and A Christmas Story are playing this month at Sipe Center. Check our website for complete details and showtimes. Tickets are now available for sale online as well as in the box office!
