Pilates with Chrissy will be offered on July 11, 18, 25, and August 1 from 7:00-7:45 p.m. at Wildwood Park’s Downrush Vista. Pilates can help improve core and back strength while enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Most exercises are performed on a soft mat and include movements to strengthen the spine and hips. This fitness series is free, but open to Bridgewater residents only. Please bring your own fitness mat.
