We’ll be wrapping up our Summer Fitness Series with Zumba! Join us on Tuesdays in August (8, 15, 22, 29) at Harrison Park’s basketball courts from 7:00-7:45 p.m. for an energizing cardio workout. Chrissy from the RMH Wellness Center will lead us through a fun dance workout for all fitness levels. No dance experience is necessary—groove to Latin rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and today’s top hits!
