You might have noticed some activity on Main Street this morning. We have a demo crew on-site to tear down the old Sergio’s building, along with a home at 104 North River Road. Long-term, this is part of our plans for the Midtown Connector. For now, this will become green space adjacent to Veterans Park.
When completed in future years, Midtown Connector will join the Main Street/Mt. Crawford Avenue intersection to North River Road. This will provide a much-needed crossing between the east and west sides of Town and reduce traffic turning from North River Road onto Main Street.
