As a Passport Acceptance Facility, the Bridgewater Community Center receives calls daily about the passport application and renewal process, so we want to remind you about the services we offer.
First time applicants or those whose most recent passport expired more than five years ago can call B-Connected at (540) 908-4212 to schedule a passport appointment with our staff. Passport appointments are available Monday through Friday, 1:30 – 3:30 pm. Our staff are glad to answer your questions about the passport application process and to help you determine what to bring for your appointment.
While we are required to charge a federally mandated fee for processing the passport application itself, we do offer free passport photo services for Town residents with a B-Rec card (we charge $15 for passport photos for non-residents).
Passports that expired less than five years ago can be renewed online at the State Department’s website in about 15 minutes! U.S. citizens who have already had a passport with 10-year validity are eligible for this service. Those who do not qualify for the online renewal process can still apply by mail.
