This past Saturday, March 1, we hosted a Mario Kart tournament at Sipe Center. Spectators cheered from their seats as they watched competitors race on the big screen for bragging rights and cash prizes. For the first time we split the tournament into two age divisions.

Ultimately Lincoln McCarthy (center) came in first place and took home the top prize of $100! Second-place winner Ryan Gardner (right) won $50, and third-place winner Micah Sutton (left) won $25 in the 13 & under division.

For the Teens/Adults division Matthew Kingston (right) came in first place and took home the top prize of $100! Second-place winner Matthew Medlin (left) won $50, and third-place winner Blake Parrish (center) won $25.
Thanks to everyone who came out to cheer on the contestants, and huge congratulations to the winners!
We plan to offer our next video game tournament in the fall of 2025 and are hoping to continue having different age divisions. Stay tuned for more information.
