Registration is now open for June Baseline Tennis Clinics at the Doug Will Tennis Center! The mission of Baseline Tennis Clinics is to progressively introduce tennis to youngsters through age-appropriate equipment and activities. The goal of the 2025 summer tennis baseline camp is to help each player grow and learn, at whatever level they may start. The summer camp is offered June 9-12, June 16-19, and July 7-10. Each group level is divided according to ages and skill level.
Instructors: Harper Dodd and Kendra Gillette, TA girls’ tennis alumnae, will co-direct the summer camps. Kendra is a current student at Shenandoah University, and Harper is a student at the University of Lynchburg. Both train at the collegiate tennis level at their respective schools. They have helped teach Baseline Tennis Clinics for years in the past and will continue to receive guidance from director Karen Clark.
Cost: $60 B-rec card holders; $65 non-B-rec card holders
