Join us as we wrap up this summer’s Outdoor Fitness Series with Yoga at Wildwood Park throughout July! Beginning today (7/9) and continuing every Wednesday in July from 6:30–7:15 pm, Chrissy will lead a calming yoga flow class focused on breathwork and movement—perfect for all skill levels. The tranquil sounds of the Wildwood waterfall will provide a peaceful backdrop, creating the ideal setting to relax and recenter. Don’t forget to bring your exercise mat and B-REC card. This series is exclusively for Bridgewater residents.
