Among the great perks of being a Bridgewater resident are the free movies tickets to Sipe Center. We have recently gotten a few questions about how residents can go about using their free-movie coupon at Sipe Center, so we thought we would send out a reminder for how the system works!
First, you need to be a B-Rec member. To be a B-Rec member you must live in the Town of Bridgewater limits & obtain a card. If you haven’t obtained a card, you can do so by visiting the Town Office at 201 Green Street, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Please bring proof of residency with you.
Second, you need your movie ticket coupon. All town residents get an activities calendar sent to their address twice a year (in December for Winter & Spring activities and in May for Summer & Fall activities). In the back of the activities calendar you will find a movie coupon for each month.
To redeem this coupon, you must bring it to the box office & show a B-Rec card for each person you’d like a ticket for. You get one coupon per month for the entire household. Once you have used your coupon for the month, you must pay for tickets ($5 each) for any additional movies that month. Movie tickets are only available the week of each movie.

- What do I do with the free movie coupon? Bring your coupon in person to the box office along with B-Rec cards for each member of your household who will be attending to redeem your movie tickets. You must have both your coupon & B-Rec cards.
- Do I get in free to every movie? No, B-Rec members get one free movie coupon per month. After that you must pay $5 per ticket.
- What if I have my coupon but not my B-Rec card or vice versa? You must have both your coupon & B-Rec card in order to get in for free.
- Can I call to reserve tickets? No, B-Rec tickets can only be redeemed by bringing your coupon & B-Rec card to Sipe Center. The box office is open Thursday-Sunday, 3-8 pm.
- When can I get tickets? Movie tickets go on sale the week of each movie. They become available for purchase on our website on Monday & the box office is open Thursday-Sunday from 3 – 8 pm for in person sales. To redeem your free movie tickets, you will have to wait until the box office is open.
- What if I want to see one movie but my family wants to see another? Can we split the coupon? No, you get one coupon per household. Once the coupon is used, you must pay $5 per ticket.
- I live in Bridgewater, but my grandkids/daughter/brother/other relative do not. Are they covered with my coupon? Only the residents that live in the household & have a B-Rec card are eligible to get in free with the B-Rec coupon.
