We present our FY27 Budget Guide!
Please have a look. Of course, you could wait until your printed copy arrives but then you wouldn’t know more than your neighbors.
The FY27 budget is $15.64M, which looks huge next to last year’s $11.58M, but the real difference is much smaller. The timing of quite a few capital expenditures just coalesced into FY27:
- $3M…the balance of Wellness Quarter construction.
- $473k…Gen Oak Connector II (80% grant)
- $413k…Riverwalk III (80% grant)
- $250k…Fountainhead drainage
- $169k…LAMEZ and other crosswalks (100% grant)
- $67k…Oakdale paving—the parking lot, not the park itself
In terms of operating expenses, the FY27 is very similar to FY26, as you’ll see in the Budget Guide.
