Join us on Monday, May 11 at 6:00 pm for a fun Charcuterie Carving & Crafting Class with Beyond The Board Charcuterie Classes by Valley Olive Oil & Balsamics!
This is not your typical charcuterie layout and design class! In this class, learn hands on to carve and fold, fun and beautiful decorative foods to make your charcuterie adventures extra special!
Along with your beautiful charcuterie creations, you will also take home a serving of Italian or French bread and a delicious dipping set of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & 18-year aged Dark Italian Balsamic to enjoy!
Class is $55 per person with a $5 discount for all Bridgewater residents and will take approximately 1 hour.
If anyone would like to add a beautiful, locally crafted charcuterie board by Stray Cat Designs, we have several options. You can choose one from our current in store selection, have one of our featured class boards crafted for you, or request a custom color combination. Inspiration may be found on our store site where you will also find our current in store selection and custom board ordering at Charcuterie Board Ordering. Boards require purchase a minimum of 1 week prior to your class to be crafted in time. Charcuterie boards are not required for class as everything will be taken home in a windowed pie box.
