Join us for our third offering of Pilates at Downrush Vista (Wildwood Park) on Thursday, May 28 from 6:30 to 7:15 pm. Led by Emily Larson, a certified group fitness instructor, these sessions will focus on strengthening your core and back while enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Most movements center on the spine and hips and are performed on a soft mat.
Note: In the case of rain, we will move the class to the shelter in Wildwood Park.
Please remember to bring your own fitness mat and B-Rec membership card. Come move, stretch, and strengthen with us in the fresh air!
