Join the Parks & Rec Team!
As we prepare to open the Wellness Quarter and get ready for another exciting season of winter activities in the Town, we’re looking to grow our Parks & Recreation team! We’re looking for positive, dedicated, and reliable team members who enjoy working with the community and helping create great experiences for residents and visitors. Part-time crew members may work at the Wellness Quarter, Sipe Center, Generations Park, and special events around town.
All Town employees qualify for a B-Rec Card, and employees can also extend these benefits to immediate family members accompanying them at Town facilities: free ice skating, free mini-golf and Par-3, free access to the Wellness Quarter and Tennis Center, and free park shelter reservations. The hourly rate ranges from $13–$15 per hour. Position requirements include evenings, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds as needed at the Wellness Quarter.

Final Reminder: CVS Immunization Clinic Tomorrow!
The CVS Immunization Clinic will be held tomorrow, Thursday, October 1, 2:00–6:00 pm in Arey Hall (the basement of 201 Green Street).
There are still plenty of appointments available! Register here. Walk-ins are also welcome for those who have not registered in advance.
Please remember to bring your medical insurance card and a personal ID to the clinic. Any portion of the vaccination cost not covered by insurance will be the patient’s responsibility and must be paid at the time the vaccine is administered.
