Monday is the deadline to sign up for Sipe Center’s summer theater camp!
Come join Virginia Children’s Theatre for a week-long professional theatre experience! Students will be led by industry professionals in the three main disciplines: voice, dance and acting. Students will also have the opportunity to perform alongside our adult professionals in VCT’s summer touring production of “James and the Giant Peach.”
Summer Theater Camp will be held on June 12-16 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:oo p.m. at Sipe Center. Campers will work with instructors in the morning on acting, voice and dance. In the afternoons, participants will rehearse James and the Giant Peach.
Registration is due by Monday, May 22. There will be a limited amount of space due to staffing limits. Register early to guarantee a spot! A paper form can be found here, and a form for financial assistance can be found here (aid based on funds available and need). Do not pay the fee if you plan to apply for financial aid. Forms can be turned in at the Sipe Center, Bridgewater Community Center, or by e-mail.
