Remembering the Boston Tea Party

Join the Bridgewater Historical Society as they commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party this Saturday, December 16, at 3:00 pm at Wildwood Park (648 West Bank Street). This event is being held in conjunction with the Fort Harrison Sons of the American Revolution and the Massanutton Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

The commemoration will include the dumping of tea, readings from the perspective of Founding Fathers, and a musket volley. There will be refreshments at the pavilion following the event: cookies, s’mores, hot chocolate, and hot cider. There will be no tea since that will be thrown in the harbor!
