We are very excited that Veterans Park is officially open! Last Wednesday’s Dedication Ceremony was both powerful and beautiful, so we want to share the highlights with everyone who couldn’t be there. After all, as Town Councilman Steve Schofield reminded us, this is not just a park for veterans but a park for everyone – this is your park.
You can purchase plaques to honor veterans in your life for $200 each at the Bridgewater Community Center at 201 Green Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Net proceeds from the sales benefit the VFW Post 8644.
