Join us on Thursday, May 7 from 6:30 to 7:15 pm for the first Pilates at the Downrush Vista at Wildwood Park of the season. Led by Emily Larson, a certified group fitness instructor, these sessions will focus on strengthening your core and back while enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Most movements center on the spine and hips and are performed on a soft mat.
This free series is exclusively for residents and will be offered every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:15 pm in May. Please remember to bring your own fitness mat and B-Rec membership card.
